Terrible customer service. Will take your money quick. Wont give you refunds even though you canceled session. Need to speak to upper management before refunding but nothing happens

Save your money! This facility charged me well over 900 a month, i informed them that she would not be attending the month of August in a meeting. In the meeting she said that was perfectly fine. I told the teachers it was her last session and they had actually given her a gift card. The month of August comes, no communication and Meredith does not go to class all week. Due to her being done tutoring. They STILL charged my card. Stating they have in contract that i was supposed to inform them (which i did) and they refused to refund. Save the money and the automatic charges on your card unauthorized and go through a private tutor. Very unorganized facility and they expect you to pay for it as well and it’s never the same teacher.

Tuxedo Mechanic

Came here to test for Department of Homeland security canine test. Proctor read instructions which stated as long as keys were under desk I could test with then on me.... before entering test room she instructed me to surrender keys. I explained that unless they I was not surrendering my keys. Needless to say I will not return to this testing facilities.. on top of all that she said make face mask was not sufficient.

Sylvan is GREAT!We sent our 9th grader there for Algebra.The teacher who was assigned to our son ,found his problem within the first 45 min.of his session.He has went from low D's to the Honor roll,his self esteem ,confidence has also improved.My wife and I cannot THANK the admin,staff they have been just fantastic.We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND SYLVAN to any child's parent that having problems with their grades.Thank you again.

I have been sending 4 boys to Sylvan Learning Center for the past two months, and I have seen radical improvement in their reading levels. This would not have been possible without the wonderful program at Sylvan. I would definitely recommend this for children of all ages who need to improve their reading and math skills!
