I purchased a small amount of roofing material for a detached office. While the service was great initially, things went down hill fast. After picking up my order, I noticed I was missing a small portion of my order. After further inspection I realized I was also sold additional material which I did not need, and my enclosures were incorrect. The sales person did respond to my emails regarding the missing material and ordered me what was missing. While picking up the material, I was told they would not refund me the additional unneeded material and tried to charge me for the material missing from my order. I got the feeling they thought I made a mistake and ruined material and was trying to pull a fast one. Mind you the material was less than 20. Very disappointed in the customer service and the feeling as though I was dishonest.
