Like others have said, terrible quality, I'm pretty sure your technical reps know us by name now. You say you have a problem and its not my equipment but nothing gets resolved. I can't even down load my bank statements this morning. Absolutely disgusted with this company and its service Please don't give me an automated response to call technical support either. You know you have an issue! Fix it! Make it right! 12/26/20 still terrible service I can visually see the tower we pull from but for some reason still can't even watch a show or look so something up on my phone without losing signal, they have no explanation they just inform us we are due for a tower up grade in June. We can't run a business or even. Do minor computer work with this service

Extremely horrible technical support and internet service. We have to reset our router weekly. Called in for technical support and the representative didn't speak or respond to any of my questions. I was on the phone with him for 5 minutes and then asked if he was going to answer my questions and then he just hung up on me. I then called back in and not 1 person answered the phone! Will definitely be looking for a better internet provider!
Internet runs a few days great and now I have no internet. No response. Looking for better internet service. I've been a customer for over 10 years . Find something different
Called MetaLINK when the church phone had no dial tone and the service technician was very patient and thorough in walking me through the steps to check all the connections. Once the router was rebooted, the dial tone returned. Very good and friendly service, even on a Saturday!
