First time I called this place looking for a cap replacement, because mine had fallen off at some point. I paid for the replacement and some smaller bolts that were also missing. The shipment took a couple days and I replaced my cap. Not more than 2 minutes later after pulling out of my parking spot the cap just fell out. The plastic teeth inside broke off for whatever reason. So I called again and spoke with a person, who I cannot, for the life of me remember his name, but simply told him and inquired what the issue was. He didn’t even hesitate and just said “let’s replace the whole assembly, not just the cap.” There was no questions asked, he said he’d ship it out immediately. Not sure if anyone noticed, but there was no paying for this replacement. The customer service is above and beyond. This company IS the example of how to treat people and talk to people when it comes to fixing or just asking questions. Thank you all for replacing the assembly and the cap at no further cost! So far it has worked and haven’t had any problems since! Thanks again ! Highly recommend to anyone !
