This place is the worst UPS office I have ever been to!!!! I think this guy that was there is ripping people off...terrible Customer Service!!! I brought in a prepaid package he tried to charge extra 3.00...pls what a scam!!! Go to the one in Salem, NH. UPS hope u are reading these comments...this place needs to be shut down....the are unprofessional!!!

Small Ups place. Can fax as long as you bring the copies. He will not print anything out. Do sell scratch tickets and mass lottery. Does have small parking lot. Oh btw only accepts cash transactions. No debit or credit cards.

I came here to fax some paperwork extremely expensive took over 30 minutes to send my fax would not recommend this facility at all

This place smelled so bad when you walk through the front door. Very dirty. They also charge a fee of 3.00 to mail out your already prepaid envelope through UPS. Kind of ridiculous. I wont be back. Dont go here for your shipping needs.

Have been a costumer for 20 years. Never a problem with my mail. Always treated with respect and honesty. I’ve been shipping with him for 20 years. Free packing fragile antiques, packed with tlc and received perfect. I highly recommend The Mail Annex to anyone, I’m glad he is so professional at doing what he does for 30 years. WILL recommend to anyone.Thank you for being there for us.
