I had just gotten back to the US this July ('20) and was looking around for a 4Runner. Since I was in quarantine, my parents checked out a '12 4Runner at Metro America and were helped out by Tony. He provided outstanding service, and answered all of the questions my parents and I (by phone) had. Although the car passed inspection in PA, something about the suspension did not pass when we had it inspected in MD. This is where I can not stress enough how professional Tony was. When my parents called Tony, there were no ifs, wells, or buts. Tony spoke with the garage we used to inspect the car, and he paid to make the situation right. Go Metro/Tony's website says it all. They're in the market to build relationships and offer fair prices for the cars they sell, and that's exactly what they do.
Was looking for a bigger SUV for a while. Came across a Nissan Armada here. Test drove on Wednesday, my husband and I went back on a Friday and Sat the SUV was in my hands! Very friendly and courteous staff from sales to paperwork! Made it easy to make the decision to buy from them. Highly recommend these guys.
