Horrible customer service, very rude and never gets it right! Twice I’ve had to be charged extra for them not signing me up under the unlimited plan even though I made it clear that’s what I wanted.

Good customer reps at store. But horrible signal on metro no service anywhere outside of town, we went back to cricket i get service everywhere now

Terrible customer service, hateful employees hungry for money. Just to swap my sim from my old phone to a new one they charged me 40 plus an activation fee. However Weatherford charged me 15. Mineral wells became hateful once I asked for my account number to switch. Pick somewhere else to have phone service .
