Very bad customer service! None of the employees are knowledgeable about anything. Manager is never there. One of our phone stop working the next day after purchasing it. Took the phone back, they said the only option we had was to wait for a replacement from the manufacturer. Said it would take only four days. As of now it's been two weeks. Had to call corporate on them because they couldn't even find our information. Come to find out we actually could of just change the type of phone but the employees there failed to inform us of this option. Then they said it was our fault for not reading the contract! We will be switching back to our old service, just for this reason. Nice job retaining customer Metro!
