I will drive 25 miles one way just to go to this location. Being a corporate store, they have more to offer and make sure they do what they can to get you the best deal. Never pushy or salesy and honest about differences in plans and devices. I've been in sales and customer service for 15 years and the employees here are top notch.

They are awesome. I have been with them for awhile. Haven't had a problem with them. Like today, my phone holder broke. I went in and they replaced it for me. No questions ask5. Tanks.

Terrible place. Trying to take advantage of the free oneplus N10 port in offer as a new customer but left the store with nothing. I was treated like a criminal. The employees keep telling me that people are reselling their phones the moment I enter the store, have no idea why they keep telling me this as I never purchased any Metro phones. Before I start choosing phones, they took my ID and spend a while discussing in front of a computer. They said my port in number from cricket look weird, but I told them that I have the number in my phone and they can verify my number by calling it. Then they told me if I want to proceed I need to add insruance, use 60 plan (neither are required by the promotion ) and they even asked what's my occupation, what do I plan to do with the phone. I felt deeply insulted and will never use Metro.
