This is the worst community to live in. Do not move in. Not worth the 540 lot rent at all. I moved out almost 2 months ago and this company still has not returned my security deposit. I left there owing them nothing so no reason I should not have it returned. Now I have to take them to small claims court We brokered our home with the park and that means they get a cut of the sale to help you sell. Well that never happened. Never posted pics of my home, never gave me the for sale sign I was supposed to get. Never showed my home. I listed my home for sale one day and had it sold in a week. The greedy manager and company still took the 1,150 in commission stating that she worked for that money. Such a joke. We had to call animal control and the health department because the park was letting people feed the rats in the area and wondering why the community is infested. Tried to get the park to do something for months and they just kept saying I am reaching out to the regional manager and we never got an answer. Too many issues of people with infestations in the area and I know there was quite a few residents who let for this issue alone. The roads are terrible and the manager is clueless to what her job is. I would give it a 0 if I could have. Save your self the trouble avoid this park. Trash community police are always there.

Always clean. They've been working on the roads but not very well. Potholes are huge. Community is nice. Friendly neighborhood trailer park.

One of the nicer communities around. Majority of homes are newer with a mix of some slightly aged homes that are well maintained. Homes for most budgets.

Manager is super sweet and helpful. I think they need more help, but they do go out of their way to try. Manager is not above going out and picking up trash, coming to your home to help sign papers when you can’t make it to the office. It’s very personable and I appreciate feeling cared about.

Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Dirk for getting us in here! Took nearly 3 months due to, what I felt were, unnecessary questions about my income that was clearly enough to live here even WITH a prior acceptance letter, and, of course, COVID delays on the home, but Dirk fought the good fight! Thank you to the park manager, too, she's very nice and friendly, and talked to us on the phone, as well as in person a while back. Very appreciative and grateful!
