I was able to secure a great deal on this 2017 Ford. Jeffery was very accommodating and responsive in the buying process, and the dealership was flexible in its pricing to fit my budget. Alex in finance got us in and out very quickly, giving me a full understanding of what I was signing. This was my first time purchasing a car with only my name on it, securing my own financing, and making the deal myself. I’m very pleased with the outcome. Shout out to Metro Mazda!

Extremely impressed with how they conduct business. They went above and beyond with their service and offerings. I am a man of principle and business, and both Jeff and Serin matched my efforts and standards. They all kept their word and I walked out of there with my first car! I chose the Mazda3 Manual and if this baby keeps up, then i'll be loyal Mazda fan. Not only that, but I will make sure to conduct business here. My purchasing experience at Metro Mazda was great! I had originally brought my previous Mazda in for service and my service advisor, Jeremy, was great! I decided to look into purchasing a new CX-5 and put in an internet inquiry. Emily was my initial contact in the internet department and she was super friendly and of great assistance! She was very responsive to my email inquiries! I returned to the dealership to look at the vehicle I had interest in and Jason Jenkins, my salesperson, did a fantastic walkaround vehicle demonstration and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He even delivered the vehicle and documents to me the next day which was a huge plus given my busy schedule! The sales Manager, Randle, was readily available and very helpful as well! The Finance Manager, Joe, was friendly and expedited the finance process! My hope is that this review is helpful to those looking to purchase their next vehicle and that they will have as great an experience at Metro Mazda as I did! By the way, I would highly recommend the CX-5! It is a lot of fun to drive!
