Not what I expected in a VERY GOOD WAY... The representative Donna was so pleasant to work with. She was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. To think I almost didnt stop to secure a unit here. Between the customer service and the clean well kept location I am so glad I did. Highly recommend and I don't usually leave reviews.

If I could give them less I would. They make unauthorized transactions to your card if you aren’t careful. My stuff was sent to auction in December. Today they took 478 out of my account without my permission!!! From a government account that my social security goes on.
Friendly staff! I appreciate that she wore a mask and practiced social distancing. She went the extra mile to help me obtain wardrobe boxes by special ordering them and picking one up from another location.
