Metro Storage in St. Charles is awesome. The facility is fairly new and is in great shape. We have a climate controlled unit and we have no issues with liquid products ever freezing. The manage Joan is the BEST! She is enjoyable to work with! I give the 5 *'s
I was a previous customer and used their service for almost a year and loved it. Now at the beginning of 2021 I am in need of more storage and I am back again. The office staff is amazing and the facility is always clean. Andrew helped me get my new storage locker and was so helpful. I love it here.
I've rented three different storage units at Metro Self Storage in St. Charles, IL over the past 3-4 years. The manager, Joan, is always so helpful and keeps the units and the facility in immaculate condition. I will continue to rent from this facility as long as I need extra storage.
