Took my son to his first ever Texas Rangers game with tickets from Metro. Was looking at one set on the site, but Doug helped me find a better set at a better price!

I got two called from Metro saying the seaten is sold cheap ticket to switch another ticket to find on website. I told them where i want to sit and purchase. They say if you purchase the tickets online on the weekend are closed. Someone else got the tickets. It's not going automatically remove the purchase seat because Metro are closed. I should called before head of time to check to see if there are available.

Bought tickets online through their website and they accepted my payment. I then get a call saying they aren’t going to fulfill my order because the price of the tickets was incorrect. Then they say I can still purchase the same tickets, but it will be over 100 more per ticket. This is a classic bait and switch. I’ll be filing a complaint with the State Attorney General’s office.

They will rip you off. They will charge you for tickets then sell your reserved tickets to someone else. Avoid at all costs.
