I got my S7 Miele Upright from here a few years back! Aside from the Owners being fantastic people and Mike knowing.... literally everything about floor care and air purification. This place has been around forever and has the best knowledge base Iv'e ever seen!

After 35 years in customer service, I know what great service is. And this crew puts it out great service! Sheldon was friendly, polite, informative with no pressure to buy. Fixed my old Dyson and shipped me down the road for almost nothing. When this thing bites the dust...I'll be back!
Very very convenient for me, a great prices for aftermarket products like vacuum belts.
Friendly staff and reasonable prices. They performed the repairs quickly and let me know that my Dyson vacuum uses a discontinued part, so when that part goes, it'll be unfixable.
Very helpful and courteous employee not to mention tremendously good service. I did not have to wait at all.
First time into the store, about 9 months ago, I was impressed by their friendliness and knowledge of my Miele vacuum. Tomorrow I will be returning because they have earned my trust.
