We were hoping to find a location that actually cares. We have been struggling with a 15 year old newly diagnosed autistic child. All of the specialist recommend ABA therapy. We wait and wait to be told this location cannot help and she does not need the therapy they offer but mental health therapy which we have already pursued and been recommended to this location. Yet turned away because they claim the services they offer will not help. More like they are too incompetent and unwilling to help. If they have to do more than minimal work you are not worth their paycheck.

My son had his very first appointment with this office to do an evaluation. That was September 11. In October I called and they said they were having trouble with insurance. They said I'd get a call back by the following day and that I would get a follow up call to see how the last appointment went. I still haven't heard back from them. So unprofessional. So disappointing.
