They gave me a good service at home to fix my phone. Was happy with their service.

We have never had a problem with MetroNet until we tried to have our cable buried. We have been trying to have our line dropped from the pole and buried in our yard since November of last year. We were told about 5 times that someone would come out to bury the line and they were all no call, no shows. After multiple phone calls back and forth, someone finally made it out, buried the line, but did a horrible job. We ended up pushing more than half the line into the trench they dug to avoid it being cut with the lawn mower. Also… please see attached pictures!! After we asked that the line be completely buried, they attached the line to a tree, didn’t even bury the connector, and the line is now running diagonal through part of our yard. After two emails saying they would be out Monday to take a look, it is now Friday and I have not received a call or email regarding this situation. VERY disappointed in how they are handling this situation. Would not recommend Metronet unless your cable is already buried.
Very helpful. Great service. Nice store. Fast & thorough return of equipment. (Moved) resumed service at new place. MetroNet gave my dial-up area internet when no one would service our area. I've never had trouble & will continue being a customer. Yvonne
I don't know or care whether Metronet internet is cheaper or faster than Comcast or AT&T. What I do know is that my Metronet has been 99% reliable, and when I had a problem they were eager to fix it ASAP. Both the reliability and responsiveness are a LOT more than I can say for either Comcast or AT&T at my location.
I really appreciated that MetroNet would install the fiber and router in the room that I wanted it to be put in rather than where my cable came in. They did an excellent job installing, burying the fiber, and ensuring the network was up and running. I love that they installed Eero as a mesh network. Some tips: If you need additional nodes, just buy them on Amazon rather than renting from MetroNet. As well, don't get the TV service - it's awful. It was constantly freezing and, with 4 rooms, I was spending a lot of money. I switched to AppleTVs with YouTube TV and the 1Gb package and saved quite a bit. And a shout out to MetroNet... when I canceled the TV service, they didn't try to talk me out of it or upsell me or anything. They provided clear instructions to drop the equipment off at the UPS store which I did. I really appreciate them just being happy to serve me. I didn't have that relationship with Xfinity - which was both awful, slow, and more expensive.
