I do believe that this company tries to do its best for its tenants and owners. However, my recent experience has me a little perplexed. I don’t know if their maintenance/landscaper Is an external vendor or works directly for the company. However, he did not provide an accurate assessment of the work completed. I was charged an 80 fee, and no work was done. Thankfully my cameras were running and recording the home's exterior the entire time to indicate the work that did not transpire. My property's awesome owner recently changed property management companies, so my dealings with Metropolitan are new. As a long-term tenant of nearly 4 years, I enjoy my community and the home that I reside. However, my recent experience leads me to believe that Metropolitan needs to be cognitive of the individuals who service their portfolios. I find it strange and a little odd that someone would bill and provide misleading photos for services that were not rendered. Right is right and wrong is wrong; I'm a believer in doing the right thing all the time. As stated, I will not fight this charge, though I believe this behavior should be monitored- I wish this were better understand when communicating with their Maintenance Manager. Active listening can go along way, as it's not about the money; rather, the events that did not occur are in question... Moreover, I don't believe this was a reflection on Metropolitan. So I will still provide 5 stars!

PLEASE!!! PLEASE!!! Avoid using this leasing company! We had a notice from HOA provided to us well over a month, resulting us in a 150.00 fee. Now we recieve another, 2 weeks after the noticed was created. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. They take no accountability for their laziness to provide their notices on time.

I can wholeheartedly say that I would never use this entity to represent any of the properties that I own. They lack communication skills with owners and tenants alike. I encourage anyone seeking to utilize their services for property management and rentals to use caution.

So they think they can change owners agreements through another property mgmt company without telling you they were making a refundable pet deposit made by the owner through another property mgmt non refundable and make you replace the carpet that the owner didn't want to change so He gave refundable deposits. The hail damage from 2010 produced black mold . The house trust are breaking because there is a sewer breech and the house is settling and now they want me to pay to regrout the tile their maintenance guy repaired due to the trust breaking. Hope you can show where my refundable pet deposit went without my agreement
