I purchased a Rimowa Stealth Carry-on for 1300 and chose this vendor bcause they offered free 2-day shipping. When I received the item, it looked as if the bag was damaged before it was packed as the box was in tact. The bag had a huge dent in the upper corner. I packed the bag back into the box, sealed it and called Luggage Online to request a replacement. They informed me that I needed to take photos of the damaged bag and the box. So, I unpacked the bag, took the pictures and packed the bag back up. This all after I returned from two months abroad. I was told the bag would be picked up the next day. That did not happen. I then received an email requesting the serial number of the bag be photographed. When I called to let them know that the bag was already packed and ready to go, they informed me that unless i unpacked the bag and photographed the serial number, I could not get a replacement sent. UGH!!!!! I will never take a chance and order from this company again. They seem completely unprofessional and it will end up costing me. I will also not have the bag I needed for my upcoming travels.
