I called for service. The front office was great, and was able to get someone out the same day. When the electrician arrived, I could tell he didn't want to be at my house. He looked at the small project I had and complained that because it was knob and tube, he couldn't guarantee anything and immediately had an attitude. All I needed was to test several lines to find out where they went. Easy enough, right? Well, he left me with zero confidence and I stopped him right there and told him to leave. Later that day, an electrician from Sands in Finksburg came out, assessed the problem and had all the lines traced in about a half hour. Maybe Mez has a few good guys, but I'll never call them again.
