TOKU BLAZE

Great service they do not tolerate non conformance to mask wearing.! Multiple times on my flight people had them off or under their nose and we're either told to get off. Or put it on. I felt safe. Being immunal compromised I did not feel at risk. If they were also very accommodating to my disability.

The baggage claim process is slow and gets crowded but it's very convenient for departing passengers. Judging from the airport advertising, legal cannabis is thriving in southern Oregon! Medford is the travel gateway to the scenic Rogue River valley and nearby Ashland and its famous Shakespeare Festival.

Clean areas, polite TSA, airport and airline staff. Even the server at the coffee bar was great!

This is a small airport that is very convenient for traveling to/from this area. There is only one security lane but I've never had much of a wait. There is also a nice outside area on the second floor outside of the secure boarding area where you can watch the planes land and take off.
