Excellent products, but lacks sales staff and they also don't seem to keep enough inventory on-hand at any given moment, for just about any Ubiquiti products. My criticism of the staff is based on poor product support knowledge, howsoever, they are all friendly for the most part. The sales counter sales process in a 3 to 4 step process, why you might ask? who knows. Again great products but very disorganized sales process. A re-seller distributor should be faster and anticipate equipment procurement needs before, not after the shortages are made apparent. This is meant as constructive criticism, this is a good organization and simply needs a more efficient sales process in place.
