I have lived in this complex for many years and have been very pleased with the service thus far. Maintenance has consistently been effective, efficiently fixing A/C issues, pests, and any random problem that arises. They are also very friendly, Juan Carlos has always made the extra effort to see if we need anything done when he sees us around the complex. Management: The management team is also extremely friendly and makes the place more enjoyable. Luciano and Kristine are nice and efficient with solving issues.

Last week, the faucet of the master bedroom was broken. We went to the leasing office to find someone to repair. We waited for about two days. After returning, I found that the door of the room had been opened. I thought the faucet was repaired, but They just removed my faucet parts and placed the handle next to the bathtub and said that everything was done. Yes, all the work is done because my faucet is completely broken. So rude and unhelpful can’t understand After I posted the above comment, they immediately repaired everything. Thanks! I am pleased to say that I am ok with our management.

Living at Advenir at University Park has been a dream. The property is taken care of, it’s has a feeling of community, and the staff is hands down the most accommodating and informative. We’ve recently renewed our lease and the process was East. Vivi is always a cable to answer a question to help us out in anything! Truly love it

It's a beautiful place with greenery. U also have a pleasant pool alongside a gym facility. It's a place where u would find people of different countries. For Indians, it's the right place for u. There are a lot of Indian students living here.

I enjoy living in advenir and my time here the apartment is in a great location for a reasonable price. if you live near the pool though it can get noisy and the appliances are kind of outdated but overall I would say it's been a good experience.
