Great place to stay at. Daniel and Alex were very attentive, helpful, polite and professional. I really enjoyed my stay there. Highly recommended.

I stayed at Aerie apartments for a month to get away from the cold. It ended up being cheaper than a Miami hotel or Airbnb. All I needed was a room, so I was glad to find this option -- very close to downtown, brickell. I also took an uber to Miami beach several times and it cost about 15 which isn't bad at all. I visited coconut grove and wynwood as well and they were only 15-20 minutes away as well. The place is brand new and had some cool tech features like keyless entry, which I liked. I just needed my phone to get into the building and apartment. When I went for a run, I just put the app widget on my iwatch and used that instead, so no need for keys jangling around. The building felt safe even if some of the other buildings and people in the area were rough. But growing up in LA, nothing too wild here. The apartment itself is nicely designed and modern. It's like roommate living, but very easy to get into. I had my own bedroom and bathroom, so it's really not an issue -- most of the time it felt like I had the entire place to myself. My apartment was on the first floor so we didn't have a balcony but the ones above me did. The other two rooms were already rented out, so I got to meet them (one guy, one girl) occasionally after work some nights, but we all kinda kept to ourselves due to the pandemic. They were respectful and clean which I greatly appreciated. And on the cleaning front, I liked that the building management sends over a cleaning team every couple weeks to clean the lving, kitchen area, so that was a nice touch that also helped a lot. A couple nights the roomies and I ended up having some group meals which was cool, especially when you don't know anyone in the city. Overall, to get an apartment like this for a month was a tremendous value for me. I'm only knocking off one star because I wish I had a TV in my room as well, but just streamed on my laptop.

Stayed in one of the coliving apartments here for a little over a month. I had my own bedroom and there were two other bedrooms. Loved how close it was to all the action of Brickell, just across the river without paying an arm and a leg. The apartments are very modern and have everything you need if you work from home - high speed wifi (100mbps/55mbps) and a workstation in my room. My roommates were cool, so I was very glad about that. I loved that they sent a cleaning lady every couple weeks to clean our living kitchen and dining area, plus she would hook us up with all the housing supplies you need, like garbage bags, paper towels, soap, etc. I know it's not a hotel, but this was a very nice touch that refreshed the place for us. I'd definitely come back here if I'm traveling solo.

Love staying here! I was looking for a cheap apartment to rent in Miami and was considering studios in Downtown and Brickell, but then I came across Aerie. I looked into the coliving apartment model and found that it worked perfectly for me! A lot of the other Miami apartments under 1000 were really run down, but this is a brand new place -- I think I was actually the first to rent my private bedroom, which was awesome! I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who's looking for an affordable apartment in Miami.

I had a six month photography course and was looking for affordable rentals near Downtown and Brickell. I was pleasantly surprised to find a brand new building with a coliving apartment concept right by there. It allowed me to move in without dealing with buying furniture, because it was already furnished with all the necessities. And i loved that I could pay one bill and it would take care of everything, including all my utilities and 2x a month house cleaning. I stayed here for several months and met a lot of cool people along the way. TONS of local culture, lots of great cafes and restaurants in Little Havana, like El Gallito and Casa Florida for drinks. Jogging by the Miami River and just get some work done in the sun at Jose marti park was awesome (when it wasn't raining lol). Little Havana seems to be changing a lot, definitely feels like a place in transition, but i always felt safe and secure in the building. If you're looking for coliving in Miami, I'd definitely recommend this apartment building.
