I had to pay another repairman to fix what this very rude man did to my AC. City hall said he has no license and I should call the police if he shows back up.

I can't speak highly enough about Rick and his team. I have used them 3 times over the past year plus, and everytime they have been punctual, professional, and helpful in me understanding what was wrong and what was required to fix. I personally have a home warranty, and RIck has been amazingly patient and helpful while dealing with them. Unfortunately a home warranty can be a pain to deal with. I strongly recommend Rick and his team for issues you may have that they can accommodate!
We were so happy with our experience! He was out to our house very quickly, after 7:00 pm! He was so friendly and took care of the problem, and our house is cool again, thank goodness! From now on we will never call anyone else. :)
Having a broken air conditioner is never a good experience, but Mr. Sheppard showed up on a Saturday within 30 minutes of me calling him. He promptly evaluated and repaired my unit and is now working great. His pricing was also very reasonable. Thank you sir!
