Can’t be more in love with this place. Customer service was excellent. The guy took of the stand every single gun I wanted to check no excuses. Feels safe for kids. Looking forward to my next visit to actually play in the field.

This place is so much fun. They have huge industrial fans circulating the ac but even with that it's so hot. Then add the fact running around with long sleeves, and gear. It gets unbearably hot, but you having so much fun you keep going.
My first day there we were all told to step out of the feild after someone shot before the match, we were treated as children. I don’t not recommend this field if you actually enjoy playing airsoft since you might not even get to play. Demetri was the main problem during this whole situation.
Here is the most honest review that you'll be getting: 1. It's unbelievable fun for those who like the adrenaline of being inside a war situation, the arena, the players and everything around is the most realistic it can get. The staff was also friendly. (Pictures attached show the close range shot we got) 2. The place is fanned but not air conditioned well, so you will feel very hot as if you are inside a sauna. 3. It's very expensive if you are looking to rent the full gear and weapon, 55 before tax per person. And the weapon might be too heavy for some players to be able to use comfortably. Overall the experience was great and those into shooting and FPS should definitely visit Miami Airsoft, the missing star is only for the issues that affect us, the players, while being there.
we celebrated our son's 14th bday here w about 9 friends. Matthew was fantastic. Super helpful and made sure our kids had fun, but stayed safe as well. We will definitely be back! Everything was very clean and they followed the Covid19 guidelines.
