They went to the city for us got everything handled for an office expansion that was needed and like that we ensure no code violation existed. The cities can be a hassle and I was quite aware I did not wish to deal with city of Miami's long extensive lines and lack of courtesy once it was your turn and you were serviced by a rep looking at their clock waiting for lunch time to come around. No thank you I hired All Permits LLC and referred them to my aunt too who resides in Key West. I was surprised to know they also provide architect plans for Key Largo and Key West

Super grateful to the All Permits LLC team in South Florida for all their help resolving my code violation for a fence we put which we though the general contractor pulled a permit for and turns out the rascal had not done it properly with permits! We received a letter from the city stating we were incurring fees and we were in a true panic my husband and I. We did our research and every permit company in dade county and broward county (because the ones in Lee County that are competent are quite limited) even we spoke to seemed rude and not willing to be patient with us throughout the initial process. These ladies helped me and my husband because God knows he had all the questions in the world and we never felt pressured or even rushed to get off the phone. Now we can enjoy our new fence fully permitted and with peace of mind. A big big thank you to All Permits LLC and their wonderful crew for coming to our rescue. Lee County can definitely be stringent in some aspects of their permitting and this is why we love it here because it makes the place a descent one to reside in.

Rheyvusevthe fast e file system for code violations and I always get a response ad you what's the next step and what's going on with the status of the paperwork . Honestly if you've ever dealt with the city of Miami is a hot mess and the lines are very long only to be told you're missing 1 tiny thing they need so go back get it and wait in line all over again . All Permits LLC is hands down folks the best permitting company in Miami. I hired Maureen for a housing code violation my grandmother was being faced with when the addition was actually grandfathered in! We were done battling the city for 5 LONG very extraneous months and Maureen really made us look goofy because in 35 days she had everything sorted out. The best part about the story and the main reason why I am placing this review is that she gave my grandma a 20 percent discount off the top because she was a senior. I am a licensed real estate agent and all permits llc is the go to permit runner I use for all my expired permits when assisting my buyer or sellers with their real estate transaction.
