AVOID, if possible. Let's just say, from the beginning to the end. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Let's start with customer service, you can try to contact their phone number (9am to 5pm) btw, for an airline who should be open 24hrs but, they never pick up the phone, they don't respond to e-mails, and if you get lucky and and do speak to someone, they give you wrong information. Now to the important part. THEY NEVER LEAVE ON SCHEDULE. NEVER. They don't give reasons on why the flight was canceled or delayed. This is not a company I would use. Look for other options if possible.
