My husband has been buying from the bathroom place for years and always goes back. The prices are affordable and they offer a good variety of bathroom options. The staff there is friendly and very helpful. I just went in myself and was pleased with the customer service. It has been 3 years after our first purchase at the Bathroom Place and we are still thrilled with the look and quality of all the items we purchased. The sink and shower fixtures/valves work smooth and flawlessly without ever leaking when closed. The vanity finish, hinges and drawers look and work like the first day they were installed. The toilet flushes like new and has never leaked or made noises. Please note that all of these items have never been serviced and work work like day one!! We have been very impressed with all the products the Bathroom Place sells and therefore we just purchased all new fixtures, vanity and toilet for our master bathroom remodel. A great big thanks to Jose Perez for his great guidance and patience in providing us with the perfect solutions for our bathrooms. He had the answers to our questions before we had a chance to ask. It was a true pleasure working with him. In summary, if you are looking for utmost quality at a very good price and great customer service, Bathroom Place in Kendall is where you will find it!!

In the process of remodeling two bathrooms. This was the first store we visited to get ideas and see what our budget could afford. Although we visited many other bathroom stores, in our mind, none of them could compare to the selection, design and prices of The Bathroom Place. Jose was extremely courteous and helpful in providing us information as we haven't remodeled anything in over 20 years. We are completely satisfied with the experience and our new bathroom fixtures.
