Store is very big, organized with a great selection but staff was unwelcoming & snobby looking tonight on Christmas Eve. I didn’t receive a welcome while I noticed that the man near the entrance was welcoming others entering and nobody offered me help as I was looking at the jeans but this young guy working there was watching me and following me around a little like if I’m gonna steal or something. For a second I even felt like I was getting talked about in their walky talky. I guess since maybe I wasn’t dressed trendy and looked bummy with a stroller I wasn’t worthy for some guess but it’s okay, there’s plenty of other stores on Lincoln that will make you feel welcomed no matter what.

We came today all the way from dadeland mall because they told us here they have the shoes we wanted but when we get here they said they are close when the closing time is at 8pm. Like 3 people also came and nobody gave us at least information that what is close. The person in the register just did gestures saying that they close at 7 when online says at 8pm. A girl that was trying to enter to said that she came yesterday at 6:30 and was closed too.
Excellent Black Friday offers. Long opening hours. We enjoyed shopping there as always.
Honestly, is really uncomfortable to even window shop in this establishment if you have a shop assistant following you. I live half block away, and every single time I get in there the shop is quite empty and a clerk just rushes to follow you and control you, not even in a casual way. Just really uncomfortable. I guess they have a lot of shoplifting
