Very unprofessional, I've been calling all week to rent a Lamborghini for 3 days. Finally was told to be there by 10am. I uber there and get there at 10am. Then they told me 12pm. Then 2pm comes around and still haven't heard nothing. I walked out bc the staff didn't seem to care about me or what I needed. Go somewhere else. You'll waste your time here

STAY AWAY! This jet ski rental is a scam and they are trying to rip off tourists. They gave me a broken jet ski, and then tried to make me pay 300 for the \damage\ I didn't do. When I told them it was already damaged when I got it, they responded that I should have read the contract and taken pictures before I started because it is on me to prove I didn't damage the jet ski. Good thing I took pictures! I’ve collected sworn affidavits from the group I was with saying the jet ski was already damaged, so I will be taking them to court, reporting them to the better business bureau and the District Attorney for fraud. Avoid renting here at all costs.

We were able to make an appointment within the hour, all the JetSkis were basically brand new and the service was excellent! Will come back next time I’m in Miami 100%
We booked a street bike from this business 2 months in advance. We showed up and they said that they didn't have the street bikes. They said they would refund the money (which took two weeks and 5 phone calls). I do not recommend this place at all, it is run down and shady. When we went in, they didn't even know that we had booked the appointment, they spent at least 10 minutes just trying to figure it out.
