It is important to have a reliable business with knowledgeable people. This guy knew a second after looking at my bike what it needed and did the right recommendations without trying to take an advantage or pushing a sale.. it is nice to know there are folks out there doing the right thing.

Great experience! It was a pleasure doing business here. Sam and his wife are awesome. They helped me find the right bike for my needs and went over everything once the bike was built and ready for delivery. Very satisfied with my bike and how it rides. Now ready to put some miles on it!

Best bike shop in Miami, the owners are amazing! Here they speak Spanish and English and they have a store with a big variety of bike products. They also have Energy drinks, hydration Gels and also they repair bikes.

This place is the BEST! I’ve been looking for a specific specialize hybrid bike. The website is out of stock. I called several bike shops and all of them were out of stock due to the pandemic... bikes have been flying off the shelves!!! A friend recommended JB bike shop to me... I contacted them via Instagram and told Ally what I needed. She took my info and told me she would get back to me. I continued to call other shops... one very popular local bike shop told me it will be back in stock in 2021!!!! I figured I’d be stuck for a few months BUT about a week later Ally contacted me and said she would be getting the bike I wanted in stock. I couldn’t believe it... I truly appreciate this type of customer service. They really came through for me. I highly recommend this shop for any and all biking needs.
