I'm impressed by the level of professionalism from JMK property investment. Jessica runs the business and has a highly efficient team. They manage my 16 unit property in Miami Beach. It's very very hard to find a good property management company on the beach. I had a relatively high vacancy rate and so-so tenant. Luckily JMK turned the business around. Please keep up the amazing work and don't get too busy.

New management company for my condo (Caribbean Breeze Condominium) and sorry very unprofessional, never answer emails, calls, etc. Both my accounts are incorrect, when I call I am told to email Lizette in accounting who never responds! I call and leave her message again, no response. all they do is send a generic emails to everyone regarding the accounting. Not a great way to start management, owner relationship.
