We rented 2 bikes and rode out to the lighthouse on Key Biscayne and back. Although one of the bikes got a flat tire, they directed us to a bike shop a few blocks away where we were able to get it fixed. Upon return, they reimbursed us for the cost of the flat. Although the bikes need some work, my gears were slipping I would recommend this bike shop for the great customer service we received.

Quick, friendly, knowledgeable Went to this shop to get new tubes and tires for my bike. The staff was knowledgeable, prices were fair and had my bike back within 24 hours from dropping it off. Will return for future bike needs!

Had a rear flat while riding through Miami Beach today. Stopped here to buy a tube. I kid you not, the guy tells me they can not themselves loosen (nor lend me) a 5mm hex wrench... He says I have to buy the 15 wrench and the tube together (I'm not kidding). I said, how much to have you guys do it all for me? He tells me, I would have to leave it over night and come back tomorrow sometime... Why in the world would a real bicyclist support such oppressive outfits? I walked it back across the bridge to downtown Miami and fixed it there... I'm gonna get my exercise no matter what!
Took my bike there for a tune up and a chain. They put a cheap chain on and did not touch one other thing. No cleaning, adjustments,lube. Not even air in the tires....275.00. Steer clear there are plenty of other bike shops on Miami Beach .....way way way overpriced and under skilled I my opinion. Took it to another shop and they said “let me guess, you took it there and got robbed” I’m not rich but apparently because of there location they think customers are!!!
