I rented a paddle board for two hours (purchased on Groupon) and had a great experience and highly recommend it! I showed up 15 minutes early before my reservation and was on the water five minutes later. I had never paddle boarded before, but it was simple and I never fell, but they do provide storage for any items you don't want to take with you and risk getting wet. They recommend a route that goes through some canals with beautiful homes and boats. If you want a leisurely experience, go with the two hour rental so you have plenty of time and don't feel rushed. One note: Do be mindful of which way the wind is blowing, as on the main inter-coastal waterway where you launch, the winds can be strong. The wind may be at your back when you start, meaning that returning to the dock will take longer and take much more effort.

We rented the double kayak yesterday and paddled over to monument island. The kayak has a wheel on the end of it so it is easy to wheel over to the launch ramp. It only took about 30 mins to get to the uninhabited island (which was closed due to \covid\), but we were able to lay the kayak against the sandbar beach and lounge around for a while. The staff were super nice and friendly. The double kayak was large so we were very comfortable in it. The paddles were nice and light and easy to use. Easy launch site. There was plentiful street parking available both times we went to check it out, then pick up the rental on a different day. Just perfect experience.

We did the electric surfboard and it was an amazing experience! The coach was really good in slowly transitioning us to stand up and ride the boards like pros. He took a ton of pictures and videos which are amazing to watch. Highly recommend it!

I bought a 2 hour paddleboard rental with instruction for my wife and I, off Groupon. The instruction was very simple on land. You carry your paddleboard across the street to the boat launch and you're free to figure it out and explore. I think it was amazing for the price!

The guys at the desk were very inviting and friendly! My concern comes with the swift “training” for first timer’s, the guided tour without a guide and the half mile walk from the office to the water. My recommendations would be: •Producing a short “how-to” video to send to guests as an optional resource along with the waiver. •Creating an App with a real-time GPS map and/or audio tour to better ensure paddleboarders have more of a guide and you could give historical guidance and stories also. •Purchasing a good cart or something other form of an ATV to transport patrons to and from the boat ramp. I hope that either one or some of the recommendations will help improve the user experience.
