This place is Amazing! They treated me well and made everything to make my wedding a magical day! I felt wonderful while there relax because of the great service and loved the food! They treated me and my family Beautifully! I felt care for in all kinds of ways! They truly care about making Dreams come true Specially for such an important day as a wedding

Loved the place. We had a two bedroom suite with a full kitchen right across the boardwalk from a private beach. The suite was clean, priced right and within a few miles (10 to 20 minute drive) of restaurants, shops, the only open movie theater within hundreds of miles and deep sea fishing. They have a nice pool, poolside bar where you can order food and extremely friendly staff. They were a little under staffed when we were there just before Christmas but it didn't effect their service. The kitchens appear to be renovated recently. For views you have two options; on one side you have the bay and the other the ocean. You can either people watch and look at the beautiful boats on the bay or stare out at the ocean. Beds are a little harder than I am accustomed to but for some people that's what they need/like. I would go back in a minute.

I booked this hotel cause I was really impressed by the pictures on their site. I am yet to stay as my trip is coming up. However, I already have a bad feeling about it. I booked about 2-3 weeks ago and I sent an email about check in modification and questions till date I still have not gotten a response. I call their number at least 2 to 3 times during the day and the line just keep ringing with no response. Not a call back, not an email replied. So not a good start to my trip! I read reviews about people not getting their money back which is the sole reason why I did not cancel my trip. I will definitely be writing another review after my stay but if I can get someone to get in contact with me before my trip that will be most certainly ideal.

We arrived today. We were first told that our room wasn't ready for check in and it was check in time. Then about 20 mins later I was told it was ready. So upon checking in I realized that they was giving me a unit without an ocean view which I paid for one. The front desk lady showed me 2 more units which wasn't what we paid for. She said that's all they had at the moment. Long story short we ended up with an awful room and it doesn't even have a microwave. Only one elevator is working. I definitely would not recommend this place. First trip to Miami and they ruined it

I will say upfront that i cancelled before my trip. I called them 5x a day the past few days to pay balance in full before my trip (its feb, trip is next month) and they will pick up where i can hear background noise. If I am staying away from home and cannot call the front desk where I am to be staying during daytime hours, then they do not need my business
