It was ok. The service was definitely not worth 150. They didn't even honor my Groupon. The communication just seemed like the receptionist was trying to finesse. Then at last thought when I get ready to leave, she gave me a ticket for a cheap drink at the highbar (like if that was included, you'd mentioned in beginning ... Hmmmm) But, you win some, you lose some, right ? Right.

THE BEST PART OF MY HONEYMOON! We booked our honeymoon in South Beach and found many of the spas where not open or RIDICULOUSLY over priced. The hotel that we stayed at recommended SHALA SPA, as they had many favorable comments from their hotel guests. When I called, the owner was SUPER accommodating and made special arrangements for us to visit the spa and even created a special package for us. She was very informative and gave me full descriptions of the treatments, as well as the spa policies. She assured us that they where taking serious precautions due to COVID and the safety of each client, as well as her staff. Well, to say that the services where AMAZING does not say enough!! The entire experience from the moment we where greeted until we left was beyond PROFESSIONAL, CURTEOUS and EXEMPLARY. The therapists where obviously talented and knowledgeable about their work/skills. The spa, even though considered boutique, was immaculate and esthetically beautiful. And I can't say enough about the treatments - everything smelled and felt luxurious - because they only use organic products that are hand picked by the owner. When it was all said and done, the cost was 1/2 of what we had planned to spend at some fancy spa down the street - and in our experience WORTH EVERY PENNY!! If you're ever in Miami - do yourself a favor and GO TO SHALA SPA! You and your wallet won't regret it!!
Great experience, great service, great massage! Got the package with an upgrade to deep tissue and it was SO FABULOUS! Drink tix and all-day access to the pool were an absolute plus.
I found the shala spa on Groupon featuring Swedish massage and foot relief plus free drink for 111 with 20 percent added gratuity.. when calling she said they had a better deal with option of foot massage or facial for 157 gratuity included.. upon arrival she said the facial wasnt a option only foot massage or scalp. we just went with foot massage.. the massage was highly underwhelming and when masseuse asked how was it i said u can apply more pressure. she got offended and said i got the Swedish massage.. which i guess just means a body rub your. ive had several massage over the yrs and never had a masseuse refuse to lighten or apply more pressure.. at 11:50 she said you can get dressed which the appt was at 11.. (NOT 60 mins) she knocked on door and basically rushed us out for 12 o'clock appt.. when i got to desk the lady didnt ask how everything was she just rushed us for card i pulled up groupon and told her we dodnt get anything different she quickly told me i got a massage that they offer.. i tried to inquire what was diffrent and she basically just overtalked me and said it was cheaper.. i basically just went ahead and overpaid to end the experience.on groupon it was 111 plus 20 percent bringing it to 130 dollar.. we paid the 157 but will never go again.. im giving this 2 stars bcuz the naked taco where we got the \complimentary drink\ was AMAZING.. Its directly across the spa with great drinks wonderful food and awesome staff.!! that truly made up for the horrible experience at shala.. ive spent less at the hardrock.. i wouldn't recommend take ur money else where and truly get what you deserve. classified SCAM
