Best shopping experience ever! Gustavo and his family business have been very supportive during our flooring project. I got his contact info from another happy customer while browsing the flooring alternatives in a huge brick and mortar store nearby. Key factors to continue buying from him: - Personal treatment to his customers, excellent customer service attitude - extremely positive Post-sales experience - great orientation during the Pre-sales as usually you need to understand pros and cons for each option, but he was very transparent during the process, including the pricing alternatives - Turnkey project mentality, he will refer to you to local specialized people (Ronald is also a great guy) but he will still care on the installation service outcome, to assure his product has been installed properly - Best price in town! In summary, feeling grateful for doing business with him!!!
