Great service and nice people. My service advisor was Nick. He was very nice and professional throughout the whole process. He quoted me the best deal out of the different companies who gave me estimates. He was also patient while we fixed the issues on the outside (the way the water was getting inside) so that they could remove the drywall and subsequent mold on the inside. Quick service too. All fixed within one week's time, including flushing the a/c system. If we ever have mold issues again we certainly know who to call!
I have personally worked with Manny and have met the team at Bio-Response. I have seen the way they work and I believe that there is no other company in South Florida that would serve at the level and commitment that Bio response does. they truly care about the homeowner, they are honest and go out of their way to ensure that the families understand all that is going on, they work directly with the insurance companies, they are honest and have a great deal of empathy for their clients. I highly recommend them.

I can not begin to explain how incredible this company is. We had the pleasure of having Nico take on our mold situation and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly. Nico continued to check in on us to make sure we were ok and made sure the company was on point with showing up to the house and removing the mold. I can not thank Nico enough for helping us out and making our home safe again. If I could I would give this company 10 stars!
Mr. Pozo and his team were very responsive and fixed the mold issue that we had in our home. It was very easy to get a hold of someone either by text, phone, or email.
