I went to their previous location for several years, getting a massage 3-4 times a year. I know they had changed management a couple of years ago, and the quality of the massages was steady/reliable. Booked two massages for myself and a friend recently (about 3 weeks ago) and realized they had moved locations. The ambiance is different and it doesn't feel as peaceful as it used to when they were across the way from Trader Joe's. When it was my turn for a massage, I noticed the towels/sheets were oily already. The table was a comfortable temperature, but once the massage therapist got started, she didn't ask about pressure preferences, used a ton of oil (which required me to wipe myself down with an extra towel in the room because it was so excessive), and didn't use any pressure points, thumbs or elbows, and moreover, did both my feet at the same time. It wasn't terrible, because I was able to relax, but it wasn't a professional massage. I also thought it was strange that the massage therapist had calloused/rough hands- I've never experienced that..on the contrary, the massage therapists I've been to have always had soft, smooth hands, I'm assuming, because of all the oil or liquid they use for work.

I had an appointment for yesterday 3/25 at 2pm for massage and facial. I got there 10 minutes early door was locked and no answer when I knocked. Another client should up at 2pm for same services. We waited 20 minutes more and no one should up or would answer telephone.

The energy in this place is so peaceful. Love the rooms , they all have a private garden view. I love the massages , the hot stone massages but also the lymphatic drainage. The lymphatic system is our immune system. A Must for prevention of deseases. Highly recommend it!!!!

Used a groupon here for an hour massage. After arrival, paperwork and undressing it was 25 minutes after the hour. The massage lasted exactly 35 minutes when it was supposed to be a 60 minute massage. Furthermore, I felt like I was receiving a body rub, not a massage. I kept waiting to feel thumbs or elbows on my muscles and instead got forearm spread all over my body. The atmosphere is peaceful but I'm overall disappointed.
