I had a MMO with Miami Surgical Center. Although my surgery was a success, I had a horrible experience with other staff. Coordinator tried giving me a surgeon named Dr. Pedro Hoyos as a surgeon for my procedure after I had paid for another surgeon. She didn't even know who my surgeon was, apparently. (\MSC states she no longer works there\) After the surgery, it all went great until I left back home, another state. I had requested copies of my pre op work, contract and medical records to be sent to me. I was told they were incomplete and therefore could not send them. The receptionist requested for me to call my surgeon (who no longer works there) instead to get him to go to the clinic to fill them out. Wanting me to do there job. Then the clinic has the audicity to request photos of my recovery. They used them and hashtagged another surgeon. Plenty of red flags! I should have just gone somewhere else where my surgeon works at bc this clinic is just out to get your money.. Ask yourself this, who is dr. Pedro hoyos? Why is he not listed as a surgeon? Why is Dr. DeLeon the only surgeon? Who is doing the surgeries if the only surgeon listed is out? RED FLAGS Save yourself from this headache!

Wonderful experience at Bonsai MedSpa / Miami Surgical Center. Super professional and friendly staff. Arrived 10:28am for my 10:30 appointment for Dysport injections (Botox), left at 10:50 - easy peasy. Dr Orlando was very professional, knowledge, and wonderful attitude, and customer service in dealing with a nervous patient. I’m happy to have found a quality & affordable office. I’ll be returning here from now on. Thank Omar, Orlando, and all the staff.
I am always scared of my hair removal procedures but my nurse is so sweet and makes the whole procedure better
Got a breast augmentation and it's horrible hate this place avoid if you don't want to loose your life...
