It was my first time ever buying a car so naturally I was a bit nervous to head to the dealership with the negative perception of car salespeople. I can’t stress enough how amazing Aimee (pronounced Ai-may) was. She taught us about the car and helped us make the best decision. Her manager Oliver was amazing to deal with as well. I highly recommend this location and I highly recommend working with Aimee.

Great experience at Brickell Mazda. Daniel Chang and New Car Manager Oliver Mayoral were excellent. I met Daniel on his first week at Mazda a few months back, and he made sure to follow up and work with me on the time frame I set for myself to lease a new CX-9. When the time came, I called Daniel with exactly what I wanted. He spoke to Oliver who then called me to come in. Thanks to Daniel and Oliver the transaction was painless. The whole process was easy, and I was in and out in record time. Thanks again gentlemen.
Good service. The only reason I don't rate it with five stars, is that Brickell Mazda is too far from my home, and not located in the best part of town. Other than that, the service was quick and efficient. Nothing to complain about.
