My family of 4 and a family of 3 travelled for 7 days. It was quite pleasant. We loved everything. The dining experience was the BEST! Go Jerry our favorite entertainer in the dining room and Ari the fastest most accurate lead table server. The only complaint was the inclusion and differentiation service available for special needs children. The camp ocean staff worked hard but were overwhelmed by day 5 they ran out of steam. Pixels was not working quite right, I'm glad we took pics of our own. Owen was our room attendant, he was awesome and pleasant the entire time. We requested twice a day turn down and he did not disappoint! The cruise director Matt was the Greatest. He made each activity exciting and fun but also and most important to me, family focused dance parties and activities. Be careful in the shops, Effy made a mistake with my purchase and sold me a beautiful bracelet for the wrong price b/c it wasn't tagged, I am working to get it corrected. There were some issues, that's why I give 4/5 stars. We had a blast and the ports were Beautiful and Breathtaking. In Grand Turks, the ship docked at the beach. My kids didn't want to get off the boat the last day. They did an awesome job with embarkation and debarkation.
