I attended Thursday @ Mca Cooking Class with Chef Yann Rio and I was very impressed! They are so welcoming, their auditorium is top of the notch and you are able to watch live on several screen was the Chef taught us. The recipes were also sent by email and the food was exquisite! Will come back for sure!
