This place was dirty and I didn’t like how they used the chicken tongs to grab the tomatoes, lettuce, AND cheese. Allergies exist. Cross contamination is REAL. They definitely need to retake their servsafe exam, if they even have it. I asked if they could get new tomatoes because I watched her used the chicken tongs in the one they had out while the tomato tong was just floating around. Super gross. She got new ones..... still used the chickens tongs. I would love to add photos of how dirty the area was because wow but it’s not letting me. I will be adding them to my yelp review because it needs to be seen my corporate or someone in charge. Super disappointed!

OMG i was very disappoint of everything from the customer service till the quality of food and cleaning , my food was disgusting rice was like if I was eating gum , my plantain were so old! that if you throw it to a window you would break it, I didn't even finish it. there was an employee that was on the phone texting the whole time we were there and the place was all dirty tables and floor. it's clear! when I said customer service is not what it use to be.

Service and Quality has gotten worse and today after being a 10 year customer I will never step foot again. Floors are sticky and place is hot. They have been putting a very small amount of chicken and worse they are charging for extra sauce. Before pandemic they had it outside I spent over 20 and you going to get petty with sauces. No way. Good luck with your business surviving.

Horrible service. The quality of food is just not the same it’s a shame. Today I placed a large order for a family of 6 online and received each meal without rice. SMH.

I sent my friends to this place with my warmest recommendations. I go to this restaurant often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The the cooking is great and the crew is attentive and cooperative. always when we visit this place we have a pleasant evening. warmly recommended.
