I partnered up with Consortium wines earlier this year. Our restaurants we’re looking for delicious wines from smaller wine producers. We wanted to offer new and exciting wines that aren’t just generic/common. JP, Cristina and the Consortium team have definitely delivered! Staff trainings, tastings, and education for their products anytime we need. They always make themselves available for us and the wine speaks for itself. What a terrible company, i was starting to feel downright harassed that their salesperson would not leave me alone and kept showing up to my business when i specifically told him i was not interested in his product since they don't have any known brands and the little that they have is overpriced for brands that nobody has ever heard of. As if that wasn't enough the salesperson came in with his manager who was apparently the owner as well? I am not sure if that was meant to flatter me however the \owner/manager\ was only interested in harassing me some more, as i had made it clear that they were to not come back and bother me, and insisted that he would come in to my establishment to spend money if i carried his wine. I am not interested and am felling downright harassed now.

What a shame that I can’t give them zero stars, do not do any business with this company they carry like 10 wines that are consistently not what you remember tasting, not customer service, I’m not even sure if this is a legit operation but the deliver out of a van. The wines are overpriced for the quality and there is no support from them at all, not worth adding another distributor to your books in my opinion and I have directed many successful wine programs, they just have nothing good to offer and can it compete with the real distributors in Florida. Also I spoke to the manager once in regard to the first purchase I made being spoiled and he was very rude almost as though he knew he was running a shady business and finally got rid of his sub-par product and had no interest in making things right. I will never carry their unknown wines again this is what I get for doing this joe nobody company a favor. Do yourself a favor just call southern or breakthrough and if you absolutely need some GOOD lesser known wines stick to winebow.
