Trinidad Embassy in New York is the most disgraceful,laziest group. We read other reviews and stumbled upon another review that said they went to Miami to get theirs ,so we decided to call the Miami location to get help and the workers there are the most helpful.Without them we would have never gotten through. Miami keep up the goodwork.

Worst service ever they never seem to know anything. They are also never open and there phones don't seem to work. They are just lazy and don't care for the customers it's very sad that this is what you have to deal with just to get your passport or other Trinidad documents.

I recently used the mail option to renew my passport and it was amazingly efficient. I have nothing but good things to say especially for the gentleman that walked me through the process. The only reason I took away a star was because it took me almost an entire workday period to have someone answer the phone (but I know Covid may have contributed to that).

My family and I made an appointment which very easy to do over the phone. The actual appointment was smooth once you follow all the instructions in filling out application etc. We got our new passports in 52 days which is fantastic time. Sharon and the rest of team are very professional, helpful and friendly. Thanks again Consulate of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago for making this an easy process.

Dialing Ext 301 I had the total displeasure of dealing with Lyndon. A very unprofessional and condescending gentleman. If you are unhappy with your job please let someone else have an opportunity sir. Please do not take your frustrations out on me who is simply trying to make an inquiry.
