Made a last minute appointment and the staff was awesome. First time here and will definitely return for all of my eyewear needs. Very friendly, comfortable environment, staff was knowledgeable and helpful and Dr. Masters did a thorough exam and even took the time to look up a specific brand of eye drops for me and print out a picture so he was sure I would get the right ones.

One of the best optical visits I’ve had! The greeting is more than excellent! As a first time customer, I was welcomed and received high quality service! I would highly recommend to anyone! The receptionist elaborated all of the process that I had to go through thoroughly. Unlike other optical places, I did not have to wait and was taken care of in less than an hour. Not to mention the strict COVID-19 guidelines that they follow!
The optometrists are nice and efficient. However NONE of the glasses have price tags and when they finally tell you how much they cost its way more than you would expect. My daughter picked out a pair from a brand I never heard of and they were 495 ! The staff also don't pick up the phone and the voice mail is always full. The glasses take a long time to arrive and once they said the glasses came in but weren't mine and another time they didn't call me to tell me glasses were in. I'm not going back.
I've been to a few optical offices with my son. Hands down this is the most professional one yet. The tech China was very friendly and professional, she explained everything in detail so I understood. I will definitely continue to come here and recommend this office to my family and friends.
China helped me with my progressive lenses. Since it was my first time purchasing these type of lenses she was very patient and professional which made me feel comfortable. She patiently answered all of my questions related to progressive lenses and thoroughly explained my insurance coverage. The office staff was friendly and helpful and when I initially called to talk to the office about my needs, the male who answered encouraged me to come in as soon as possible and he reassured me that they would take good care of me which was inviting. I switched from another doctor and was looking for another so he made me feel welcome. The office is organized and they have a great selection of glasses including designer ones. There is a small parking lot in the back which is also convenient.
China is great - she took good care of me, got me a same day appointment, expedited my glasses AND got them done in the same day within about a 2 hour window. Amazing. Nice doctors and good people. Highly recommend!
AMAZING EXPERIENCE WITH THIS OFFICE!!!!! I came in for an emergency visit. Upon entry, the staff made me feel welcomed. Dr. Diaz immediately made me feel comfortable and was able to resolve my issue without any hassle. I left the office feeling SO much better! The receptionist Demi made sure she sent all my prescriptions to the pharmacy which was such a great help. The staff is extremely welcoming, knowledgeable & they care about their patients. I will be returning for my routine eye exam.
I have been a patient at Coral Eyes for many years. I have transitioned with the new owners& staff over 6 ago and the treatment has always been phenomenal. They take care of their patients with quality care. Dr. Diaz is absolutely amazing as well as her staff. The optical is filled with amazing eye wear & China the optician will assist you into getting cool eye wear. I highly recommend this spot if your in the area.
