First time there, staff is very nice and the doctor really takes her time to go over your medical history, asks questions, and is interested on your well being. Really nice

I'm only giving a star so that I could write this review. The office staff is horrible. I made an appointment 2.5 weeks prior to me going in gave my insurance information while scheduling the appointment. When I get there, I am told that they don't take my insurance. I called to speak to a supervisor and I am just left on hold. The office staff who I dealt with was extremely rude and so is the office manager. If that is how they treat possible patients I'm glad that the appointment didn't work out.

Office staff rude, it's like they doing you a favor. Called to make appointment , gave insurance info over phone came in and front desk girl (natalie) said we don't take this insurance. She couldn't be bothered with calling to verify. Glad I walked out, so unprofessional . Once my normal health insurance kicks in going back to my regular doctor.

The office manager was very disrespectful and had a very bad attitude. She was extremely unprofessional. I would NEVER do business with this company if they could hire an uneducated woman to run their office. She was very dismissive, inappropriate, and insulted my character. When I asked to speak to a manager, she refused and threatened to call police. That woman needs immediate training in customer service. The other office staff members are just as bad because no one came over to defuse the situation. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone.

We went in to get a sonogram and they said she had a miscarriage we went to the hospital and the hospital showed us the healthy baby Dr.Sylvester braithwaite OBGYN.
