I work at a children’s hospital but was referred to Dr.Fischer. A wonderful experience my son loved it from the moment he walked in. She made the exams so easy and explained everything in detail. I was in and out in 1 hour and a half and that was only because I waited for the glasses same day. I don’t think 5 stars are enough.

If i can give this facility a negative star for them, I would. Very unprofessional and super irresponsible. I scheduled a month ago a dr apt with them and they called me a day before at 400PM to tell me that my next day apt was still scheduled but they verified the insurance and had issue obtaining the auth. they had the insurance info and the apt for a whole month and decided a day before at 400PM when most companies are closed to tell me that they could not verify the insurance.

Dr. Fisher was recommended by another eye doctor that see's my husband, I took my son to see her for the very first time. She's extremely friendly and inviting, I was happy with her overall service. The staff on the other hand is a different story, most of them looked miserable as if they did not want to be there or bothered. As I walked in, there was four girls at the front desk. Two on the phone, one registering a patient and the last one was just standing there doing nothing with her arms crossed across her chest. Neither one of them acknowledged my presence, I just stood there till one of them got off the phone. Even the lady that does the fittings for the glasses came off rude, I told her that I wasn't sure if my sons eyes got dilated or not because I didn't see it happened. She rudely stated \well it states it here on the paper that it did\. After my sons visit we simply walked out with no instructions of what to do next, it wasn't until I got to my car I realized we walked out without a follow up appt. I then walked back in and told front desk that we left without an apt, once again I received that look as if they did not want to be bothered. This place is extremely far for me, I'll return back as long as Dr. Fisher is still working there. The moment she decides to leave this practice I'll be sure to take my services elsewhere.

For someone who just had a child of her own as well as specializing in a field where you only work with children, I expected this doctor to be warm and nice and she was the complete opposite. She was rude and very unprofessional. My son at the time was only 2 and he hates sitting still and he's prone to tantrums and crying but I'm sure she's used to this as she's a pediatric doctor. Well she got super frustrated with him, left the office twice so he could \calm\ down and eventually had someone else finish with us because she couldn't be bothered. This entire office seems so sketchy to me. They changed the prices on us 3 times and this doctor stated she was going to start him off on a very low prescription and then change in 6 months. I asked if the next visit would be covered by insurance and she stated it would be. Fast forward a few months and I get the call to remind me about the visit and I have to pay out of pocket and have to basically pay for a new pair of glasses because it would be a new prescription. I cancelled immediately and will be going elsewhere from now on. Easily the worst pediatric doctor I've ever dealt with.

It takes alot for me to write a bad review and what they did was not the way you treat a new walk-in. I walk inside and they told me they don't access my insurance. Okay cool. I left and called my insurance and they told me they can't help me. Okay cool. I called the office to tell them what insurance they recommend and accept. (I was about to buy a secondary insurance just to go to them). The woman just told me to ask my insurance a question. I called my insurance and put it on 3 way. My insurance rep didn't understand her. Besides her just staying on the line to explain it better or to answer my original question (what insurance they recommend and accept.). she got snappy and hang up. Seriously? I'm literally calling you because I'm doing anything possible to make you my primary eye doctor and you hang up the phone on me and my insurance? COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Even the insurance rep told me she doesn't recommend me to go to that place because how RUDE she was.
